Why Bedhead?
Hi! I’m Michelle
I’m the person behind the bedhead (under it? in it?). I haven’t always been this glamorous. I know that’s hard to believe, but it’s true. You can ask my hairdresser if you don’t believe me. The stories she could tell.
I’m a 50+ year old mother, daughter, author, employee, and friend. I have diverse interests, and love doing all kinds of fun things.
I posted one bedhead photo on Facebook back in 2013 and was called brave by many people.
“I’m funny,” I thought…”but brave?”
I think we take ourselves too seriously. Life is too short to be afraid of someone seeing your bedhead.
It’s only hair.
So join me in my bedheaded crusade to get real and keep it real. Climb out from under the sheets. Let the hair fall where it may (or stand straight on end.) Grab a cup of coffee or tea and join the bedhead revolution.
